(Friday, March 14, 2003 -- CropChoice news) -- just-food.com: Prosecutors in the immigrant-smuggling trial of US meat processor Tyson Foods have rested their case against the company.

During the prosecutionís case, a former manager at a Tyson poultry plant admitted being aware of hiring illegal workers, although he claimed he never personally inspected employee hiring records.
