Keeping carbon in the soil

(Thursday, Aug. 29, 2002 -- CropChoice news) -- Encouraging farmers to employ methods that retain carbon in the soil instead of releasing it into the atmosphere as carbon dioxide gas is the subject of a $15 million project at 10 Midwest universities.
